Bush Ambrée Bottling Note

A tripel made with caramel malt and their own house yeast that's been cultivated for over 80 years. It was first brewed in 1933 by the grandfather of current master brewer Hugues Dubuisson.

Dried fruit, peach, syrupy malty sweetness, brandy, yeast. Bittersweet and warming.

Strong but refreshing

I've tried this beer at a lovely restaurant in Norwich called the Belgian Monk. This is my favourite beer by far. Nice served really cold.
