Bravo Hopped Beer

Related to Zeus and Nugget, Bravo (Hopsteiner 0146) was by developed by the Hopsteiner Breeding Program in 2006. With 14-17% alpha acids, it’s an excellent bittering hop that can impart fruity, floral, spicy and earthy notes. Columbus is a possible substitute. You’ll find it used in American Pale Ales, India Pale Ales, Barley Wines and even Stouts.
