Trappistes Rochefort 10 Bottling Note

Rochefort's leading beer, one of the most highly rated Trappist beers (or beers of any style) in the world. This is a great bottle conditioned beer to cellar, but nobody's going to blame you if you want to crack it open straight away!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Figs, dates and treacle, beautiful vinous character, banana, clove, anise, chocolate, coffee...

Dark and slightly sweet

My favourite! Very strong but doesn't taste it.

Lovely ale

This is a lovely ale and does not taste as strong as it is. Pleasant to nose and great to taste, has a fruity subtle sweet taste that lingers. Highly recomend this over the Rochefort 8.

Excellent...can't really say much more

This is a lovely ale, does not taste like its 11.3%; would say it tastes more like a 6.5% and is very easy to drink. It has a lovely sweet flavour and is pleasant on the nose. The sweetness comes from the hops and leaves a really nice subtle sweetness on the pallet. You could almost say it contains fruit, this is by far one of my favourites.
