Arrack

Arrack is a type of spirit produced using sugarcane, the sap from coconut flowers, red rice, or fruit, often made in India, Southeast Asia, and Sri Lanka (as well as a few other countries, too). As you might expect from that description, it can be somewhat similar to rum, though some variations do lean slightly towards brandy in style.
