Château du Tariquet craft some superb Bas-Armagnacs. This was aged for at least 7 years, beautifully balanced with a hint of rancio.
The nose is thick and pungent with notes of pastry and spice and ground ginger. Notes of rancio, peels and pepper. The palate is rich with notes of peels and fruits, big woody notes and a little vanilla spice, prunes. The finish is full and long with plenty of wood and stewed fruits.
