A 1973 vintage from Baron de Lustrac - a renowned Armagnac producer. This is distilled purely from the Folle Blanche grape, a grape that offers delicate spices.
Nose: Apple strudel! Just an intense apple strudel nose with deliciously mouth-watering honeydew melon, peaches, apricots and beautiful spice.
Palate: Honey sweet, and honey-thick too, with a warming, rich and diverse flavour profile - offering everything from sweet oak to rich, ripe fruits, a bouquet of flowers, then anise and marzipan.
Finish: A long, rich finish.
