This Absinthe Blanche from the Brut d’Alembic series is made to a recipe from a distiller's manual that dates back to 1815! It features botanicals including grand wormwood, fennel, hyssop, green anise, coriander, veronica, génépi flowers, chamomile and angelica - and it's been bottled at a massive 81.6% ABV. Dilute very well with ice water!
