There is no Absinthe out there like it, it is just the very best there is. As it louches the aroma of Fennel seeds fill your nose, it is crisp & sweet to the taste even without sugar & has a warm, almost black pepper finish as you swallow its pale mother of pearlesque glow. Crushed Ice is a must with this.The shame is the price is sky high for better grape based Absinthe's, a price I cant justify.
