This is possibly the only VS cognac that is still enjoyable when drank neat. Others are just good mixers at best.

It's not too bad a taste (though I'm not much of a cognac drinker), but it has a horrible smell of petrol. If you can avoid smelling the stuff, then drink away.I should clarify that this petrol smell is only present when taking a large sniff. A smaller sniff gives a general, fruity, cognac smell. I'd say that you should choose whether or not to buy this based on the size of your sniff...
