Le Difese 2011
Tenuta San Guido made their wines in Italy, on the Tyrrhenian coast. Their 2011 vintage Le Difese is made with 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Sangiovese grapes, which are macerated for 12 days and aged for 12 months in French oak barriques and a small number of American oak casks. The result is a sweet floral red wine, with hints of fresh coffee and smooth tannins structure.
