Taittinger Nocturne Bottling Note
A sec champagne to be enjoyed late in the evening (thus the name), Taittinger Nocturne is made from 40% chardonnay and 60% pinot grapes. It includes grapes from 35 crus from several years. The dosage is twice that of the standard Taittinger Brut, so you'll find more sweetness, and intensely rich notes of peaches and blossom.
