A full, persistent mousse gives way to intensely fruity notes of acacia honey and apricot and tangy citrus. The 2004 Taittinger Millésimé is made with half and half Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Both are from Grands Crus vinyards. They age it for 4 years, and give is a dosage of 11.5g a litre.
