Non-Vintage Champagne

Made using wines from multiple vintages, Champagne houses blend wines (much like a master whisky blender blends whisky) to come back to a desired flavour profile. Champagne's Cellar Masters are some of the most revered characters in the region, wielding an almost alchemistic art in turning out the same Champagne year on year.
