Pronounced Reece-Ling. Not Rise-Ling. For the love of god (or should we say Gott?). Produced in the Rhine neighbouring region of Germany, and in France's Alsace. Superb examples can be found in both countries. Varying levels of sweetness are indicated by producers on the labels.
