Pra Amarone 2008
Graziano Pra, despite being renowned in the wine world for the past thirty years, only produced his first red wine with grapes from the 2006 vintage. It's no surprise that the reds have also been very well received, just like this Pra Amarone della Valpolicella 2008, which matured for 3 years in Allier oak barriques and large tonneaux barrels.
The deep, ruby hue and massively rich notes of dark cherry, dark coffee and dark chocolate make it an indulgent, seductive and greatly satisfying wine. Again, it should be no surprise that the Pra Amarone della Valpolicella 2008 is fantastic served alongside a hearty, meaty meal.
