Pinot Noir Wine

Okay, so hands up those of you who haven't seen the film 'Sideways'? If not, don't even bother reading on (buy some wine, sure, but…) go and watch it now. The Pinot Noir Grape can reasonably accurately be described as a 'sponge' - sucking up the terroir around it with effortless ease. We like Pinot. Can you tell?
