19 year old Dalmore, this was distilled on the 11th September 1990 and aged in sherry butt number 9421 before bottling on the 12th April 2010. A release of 477 Signatory decanter bottles.

Dalmore 19 Signatory Tasting Note

Nose: Big sweet honeyed spices with musty toffee, sherry, dried grass and caramel. Maybe even a hint of lemon.

Palate: Huge delivery, sublime with notes of cut grass, walnut, honey, toffee and cinnamon.

Finish: Sweet, very long and spicy.
