The nose is quite clean with gristy cereal notes and some herbal tones. There are hints of cut grasses and a soft oiliness creeps in with a definite refinement. A hint of apple peel and citrus develops with good clarity. The palate is of medium-body with a hint of dryness. There are god herbal notes and dried woods, a hint of potpourri and more apple peels and dried fruits. Cut grass emerges. The finish is of good length with a touch of fruit and a gentle smoke.
