An intense rollercoaster ride of spice and chilli heat. We love the annual Talisker 25 release, and this, 2004's, is as great as ever!

Talisker 25 2004 Tasting Note

The nose is surprisingly fruity. Oranges and zest with cut tropical fruits. There is a gentle smoke and soft, chewy peat. The oak lies fairly subdued. The palate is very smooth on the delivery. There are notes of sweet cereals, spicy, peppery oak with a coastal character. The finish is quite long and spicy with oak.
