Nose: Fresh cut grass and hay, cashew nuts, green apples and grapefruit citrus.
Palate: Very fresh as the nose suggests, zingy citrus, more grapefruit and lemon, the same grassy notes both fresh and dry and some vanilla sweetness.
Finish: Quite short and clean.
Overall: A sprightly, fresh whisky with lots of light flavours.
