What's in a name? English Whisky Co. Chapter 14 whisky is called whisky because it's produced in England. Were it from America it would be spelled English Whisky Co. Chapter 14 whiskey, rather than whisky.
Nose: Fresh, flaky pastries, subtle oranges and dried fruits.
Palate: Crispy burnt sugar from the top of a crème brulee and soft fruits.
Finish: A long finish.
Overall: Fresh, fruity and light. An easy drinking whisky.
