What's in a name? English Whisky Co.Chapter 7 Rum Finish whisky is called whisky because it's produced in England. Were it from America it would be spelled English Whisky Co.Chapter 7 Rum Finish whiskey, rather than whisky.
This whisky has very strong and rich flavours, with a very unusual aftertaste of liquorice and raisins, but pleasant even for someone who doesn't like the taste of aniseed (like me). The one thing I will say is that one glass will often be enough for me as the rich raisin/liquorice flavours can get a little overbearing. Still a very excellent dram for the collection!
