Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

The nose is quite light with a good freshness. There are notes of crisp of cereals and barley, hints of malt extract with lemon marmalade and tangy citrus. The palate is quite light with superb balance. Dried bruits and cereal sugars with barley maltiness, dry chewy oak develops. The finish if of medium-length with a touch of dry oak.
