Nose: Walnut, toffee, pecans, maple syrup, gunpowder, wood varnich. Very interesting.Palate: Lots of sherry character, hints of barrel char, dates, spices, honey.Finish: Good oaky finish. Hints of smoke, then nutty, almost chocolatey. Pepper.
