Signatory's Un-Chillfiltered collection is range of single malts from some classic distilleries, none of which have been chill-filtered, or artificially coloured. Just pure, unadulterated whisky, as it was meant to be. This is a 9 year old Laphroaig, distilled in 2000, and is a marriage of two casks of whisky. Delicious!
