Nose: Tar, peat smoke, sweet cured meats, custard, raspberry jam, honey and hints of copper, salty butter and burnt toast.
Palate: A rich, creamy, spicy palate, with huge peat smoke, chipotle Chili, custard, damson jam, soy sauce, crispy duck pancakes and butterscotch.
Finish: Good length with notes of toffee brittle, manuka honey and vanilla and oodles of black pepper and chili heat!
