Penderyn Portwood 60.6% Bottling Note

This Penderyn has been finished in ex-Port pipes to give it a fruity flavour and this limited release Single Cask bottling has been bottled at cask strength and packaged in an American Oak box for a smart effect, charming stuff!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Rich tropical fruits and a deep vinous quality offset with a little wood spice.

Palate: The palate is rich with steeped red fruits and lighter notes of pineapple and mango.

Finish: The finish is long and lingering with notes of goji berries and subtle oak.

Overall: This is a truly fantastic Welsh whisky with an incredible depth of flavour!
