The nose is quite light and fruity. There are notes of white grape and spice with honeyed Tokaji notes and toasty barley sugars. There is a dry oak not with cereals and tropical fruits. The palate is of medium-body and well-balanced. There are notes winter spice and liquorice, there is a defined Sauternes note with buttery barley. The finish is long with dry oak and a peppery note.
