A release of just 260 bottles of this Longmorn, distilled in 1992, aged in cask 71762 before bottling in 2012 by Berry Brothers and Rudd for the excellent Boisdale bar. Lovely stuff, selected by Doug McIvor.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Spiced and punchy, with notes of aromatic herbs, peppery and malty.

Palate: Aniseed and maple syrup, pipe tobacco, almond oil, a touch of salted caramel.

Finish: Fragrant with orange zest and rosemary.
