A 21 year old Linkwood, distilled in May of 1990 and aged in a refill butt before bottling in March of 2012 by Douglas Laing for their Old Malt Cask range. A release of 450 bottles of lovely single cask whisky.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Barley sugar and wine gums. Notes of malt, a little black pepper and honey.

Palate: Dried fruits, toffee apples, cocoa and malt. A touch of cedar wood, potpourri and spice.

Finish: Herbal finish with notes of fresh fruit and grist.
