Nose: Medicinal peat smoke greets the nostrils, with hints of fresh herbs, coffee beans, soft malt, toffee and barrel char.
Palate: A vanilla-laden palate, redolent of sticking plasters and muscular smoke. A fruity peat, black pepper and star anise.
Finish: Aniseed on the finish, with a development of sweetened chamomile tea.
