This is a delicious 9 year old from the Isle of Jura. It was distilled in Spring 2003 before a maturation in a refill hogshead. It was then bottled for the Provenance range.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Very aromatic and fresh aromas. Hints of soft spice and mixed peels.

Palate: Fruity palate, with gentle toffee sweetness. Developed with boiled sweets, barley malt and spice.

Finish: Spicy, slightly herbal finish.
