This is a delicious sherry-matured single malt from the Isle of Jura's Boutique Barrels range. It was distilled in 1993 before a maturation in American white oak. Then it was aged in Oloroso Pasada Sherry Butts, sourced from Gonzalez Byass in Spain. Delicious!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Rich, spicy nose with hints of coffee, toffee apples and ginger.

Palate: Gingerbread and citrus, hints of freshly brewed black coffee, marzipan and pepper.

Finish: Malty finish with sweet, juicy sherry and cracked black pepper.

Overall: A superbly sherried, intense dram from Jura!
