A 1991 vintage from the Isle of Jura distillery, aged in refill sherry hogsheads and bottled by Gordon and MacPhail.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

The nose is quite perfumy with notes of beeswax and cut hay. It is quite light and fresh dried grass. There are some barley sugar notes and oak. The palate is quite light and well-balanced. There are notes of floury barley and cereal sweetness. There are fruitcake notes with winter spice, rubbed petals and apple blossom and cut hay. The finish is long and oaked with a developing aridity.
