Mountain of Gold Bottling Note

A very special single malt from Jura, inspired by the Isle's Mountain of Gold. This was finished in a Pinot Noir wine cask.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Cocoa, nutty, very floral and fruity. Fascinating. Almonds, violets, blossom.

Palate: Rich, stewed fruits, spices, honey, peppery, cedar.

Finish: Supple, fruity, spiced, intense.
