Interesting fact… Islay Mist 12 Year Old whisky spells its name whisky as it originates in Scotland. Had it been produced in America its name would be Islay Mist 12 Year Old whiskey, instead of whisky.
Nose: Thick, biscuity, herbal. Heather root and spice, a touch of pine resin builds.
Palate: Medium body, sweet. Fudge, toffee and barley. There is a faint whisper of peat smoke.
Finish: Punchy with notes of winter spice and toffee.
