Highland Park 20 #15697 Bottling Note

This was distilled at Highland Park on the 13th December 1990 before a 20 year maturation in sherry butt 15697 before bottling by Signatory for their Cask Strength Collection on the 3rd November 2011. A release of 455 numbered bottles at natural cask strength.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Buttery and fruity, notes of salty sea air, hints of light smoke, heather honey, manuka honey and camphor.

Palate: Kippers, toffee, espresso beans, honey and sugared peels. Gentle wafts of cool woodsmoke, linseed oil and pine needles.

Finish: Long, marmalade, black pepper and zest.
