This Glentauchers was distilled in 1981, and was aged for a full thirty years in refill butt number 1049. A release of 437 single cask, cask strength bottles from Signatory.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Spicy, with acetone, fruits, sweet, creamy porridge oats and berry fruit (particularly greengages).

Palate: Oaky, with lots of fruit, hints of spices, malt, aniseed and pepper. Creamy and rich.

Finish: Spicy and of good length. Coconut, vanilla cream.
