Nose: Soft citrus and oak, with notes of corn and custard. Lemon icing and sponge too. Very clean, sweet and fresh.
Palate: Floral notes with a mild caramel sweetness before more lemon notes appear. These are sweet and soft however, like a lemon meringue pie.
Finish: Sweet with lots of vanilla and soft steamed pear.
Overall: Add water and this whisky will take you on an amazing ride. Sweetness and clarity combined have produced a very memorable malt.
