This was distilled at the Glendullan distillery on the 25th March 1997 before a 15 year maturation in two hogsheads (casks 5067 and 5068). It was bottled for Signatory's Un-Chillfiltered Collection in early 2013. A release of 729 numbered bottles.
Pear juice, hints of parma violets and malt.
Cooked fruit, toffee and biscuity barley malt. Apple peel and spice.
Peppery, spiced finish. Manuka honey.

My friend Sam purchased bottle 278/349 for me, sadly he has since passed away. I enjoyed this bottle last year during my daughters engagement party. I realise that you have sold out, however, can you recommend something similar?
