Nose: Rum spices, particularly nutmeg and cinnamon, with a big whack of Demerara sugar, figs, Christmas cake, cocoa and buttery toffee.
Palate: Spiced and decadent, with notes of milk chocolate, cocoa butter, sultanas, Christmas pudding with brandy, zinging winter spices, black pepper and dates.
Finish: Long and intensely spicy with a beautifully rich sweetness.
