A single cask Glenallachie, bottled by Speciality Drinks. This was aged for 35 years in a single first fill sherry cask and it is astounding stuff. Very highly rated by the critics!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Fruity and intense, with hints of Paxarette, fresh herbs, pine forest, truffle oil, cigar leaves, pepper and walnut. A touch of toasted almond develops.

Palate: Oaky and intense, calves leather, prunes, rancio, toffee apples, espresso and rolling tobacco.

Finish: Long and minty, Oloroso, pepper and treacle.
