Nose: Medium, smooth. Fresh, farmy. Cut hay, herbal. soft oak, barley, hay. Dried fruits, a soft smoke.

Palate: Medium, stewed fruits, spice, malmsey, pears, apple, dried peels.

Finish: Oak, apple peels.
