Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Big, bold cereal spices, toasty oak, hints of figgy pudding, sherried peels and barley.

Palate: An almost effervescent palate of mustard seed, cinnamon pastry whirls, apple strudel, honey and pepper.

Finish: Long and spiced, hints of walnut and lemon peel.
