The nose is quite sweet and smooth. There are notes of crème anglaise, vanilla milkshake, aniseed, a touch of zesty orange and a lovely sultana note. The palate is of good body with an effortless sweetness. There are notes of winter spice, particularly freshly grated cinnamon, there are hints of creamy vanilla fudge and a fruity note.
