Released in 2011, this 2001 vintage of Evan Williams' incredible single barrel was aged for 10 years before bottling, and it comes redolent of rich fruit and intense spice!

Nose: Sweet and creamy with notes of toasty oak, vanilla and toffee popcorn. There are also hints of maple spice, caramel lattes, banana loaf and a hint of star anise.
Palate: Thick and unctuous with notes of caramel, pecan pie, hints of butterscotch, a little allspice, cinnamon gum, stewed fruits and rhubarb crumble with lashings of custard.
Finish: Good length with sweet, warming spices, and a hint of toasted oak on the tail.
