Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Delicate grapefruit peel, lavender, fresh cut grass, and a slight hint of salinity.

Palate: Very fresh-tasting for a 23 year old with sweet melon, citrus, leather and lemongrass. There's also a subtle salinity.

Finish: A thicker finish than the palate suggests with notes of leather, cedar and aniseed.

Overall: A vibrant whisky that belies its age.
