Nose: Nutty and smoky on the nose with notes of sweet smoke, cloves and various other Christmas spices. Hints of ice wine, almond, Nutella on granary toast, and burnt sugar.
Palate: Rich and thick with notes of toffee apples, cloves, nutmeg and cool wood smoke. Hints of oil, bruised rose petals, and soft peat.
Finish: Long, briny and oily with a lot of smoke on the finish. Some cloves, some apple peel too.
