This is the Macallan 12 of Bourbon
I consider this a go to bourbon. Perfectly constructed nice and viscous spirit. Great flavor, and in my opinion goes toe to toe with the greats like Pappy 15. This is completely underrated because it has no age statement. In the bourbon world as in the Scotch world, connoisseurs tend to really go after the rare and old, when in reality they should just be going after quality and taste. I think this is a must have in your bar, and I'm surprised Buffalo Trace can make as much of it as they do. Spectacular.

My go to bourbon. Sad to see it's not widely available in mainland Europe. Always pick up a bottle when I see one available. As good a bourbon as you will ever drink.

Just finished our bottle of this and my daughter is now happily playing with the rather funky cork. Used principally to mix Old Fashioneds this has provided a depth and complexity to this staple cocktail unmatched by cheaper brands. A very worthwhile addition to our cabinet.
