What's in a name? Bowmore Tempest 10 Year Old - Batch 2 whisky is called whisky because it's produced in Scotland. Were it from America it would be spelled Bowmore Tempest 10 Year Old - Batch 2 whiskey, rather than whisky.
not crazy about the nose, however enjoy the finish. not bad for a 10 year old scotch

Lovely dram if you forget about Batch #1 and #3, imho if you like a nice bourbon-punch coupled with Bowmore-greatnesss, Batch #1 if your first choice, #3 your second, #4 your last.... Batch #2's flavour's light and fruity compared to the others imo.

Nice, punchy and peppery enough to grab your attention. With water slight fruit and strong smoke emerges, sea brine and some wet stones. Very small hints of sherry and some sweet fruits. I like it a lot. One of my favorites Bowmore's along with 12yo Enigma and 25yo.
